Haley is a Certified EmC Train-the-Trainer. She is the Founder of The Savvy Fundraiser, a nonprofit consulting and coaching business dedicated to helping nonprofits get buy-in and belonging to do the right fundraising strategies and raise more revenue. Haley also hosts the Lead with Heart podcast.

Her journey in the nonprofit sector began in 2012 as the founder of PB+J in Malawi, Africa. Since then, she has amassed a wealth of experience working with both small and large nonprofit teams, focusing on human services, homelessness, and youth sectors. Her expertise lies in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, and board development. As an active leader in the nonprofit community, Haley serves as the Past Board Chair for the Orange County Nonprofit Professionals Network and a former board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Orange County Chapter.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Haley enjoys having dance parties with her three kids under five, cooking, reading, strength training, and spending quality time with her family.
