Joy Duling

Joy Duling is Founder and CEO of The Joy of Membership. Since 2005, Joy has focused on helping associations, trade groups, and membership-based nonprofits run more easily and deliver better member experiences. In addition to her role as a consultant, Joy also served for 10 years as the Executive Director for an Illinois-based nonprofit, helping the organization grow from just an idea discussed around a conference room table, to annual revenues of more than $1.3 million, exclusively from membership contributions.
